Hambalang, Bogor— Candidate number 2 for the President, Prabowo Subianto, cast his vote at Polling Station 033 in Bojong Koneng, Hambalang, Bogor, West Java, on Wednesday morning (2/14/2024).
Prabowo appeared at the polling station at 09.00 AM wearing a light blue shirt and departed from his residence at Padepokan Garuda Yaksa, Hambalang.
Before heading to the polling station, Prabowo’s preparation included having Manado porridge and salted fish for breakfast.
“There was no specific preparation, I had Manado porridge for breakfast,” Prabowo said before heading to Polling Station 033 in Bojong Koneng.
Upon arriving at Polling Station 033 in Bojong Koneng, Prabowo’s presence was greeted enthusiastically by the local residents. Prabowo sat for a while, waiting for his turn to vote. He then took the ballot paper and entered the voting booth, showing it to the public before casting his vote.
Afterward, Prabowo dipped two of his fingers in blue ink and posed with the two fingers in front of the media representatives.
Prabowo also urged all Indonesian citizens not to forget to go to the polling stations to complete this once-every-five-years democratic celebration.
“I think it’s important to come to the polling stations, fulfill your duties as a citizen, vote with your conscience, wait for the results, maintain order at the polling stations, and keep the process peaceful and harmonious,” Prabowo said. (SENOPATI)
