Indonesia and Saudi Arabia have jointly expressed their deep concern regarding the humanitarian crisis in Gaza resulting from the ongoing Israeli military offensive. The official meeting between Indonesian President Prabowo Subianto and Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman Al Saud (MBS) during Prabowo’s visit to the Kingdom highlighted this shared concern. Both nations have agreed to enhance coordination to provide emergency aid and broader humanitarian assistance to the people of Gaza.

A joint statement released by the Saudi Press Agency (SPA) underscored the commitment of Indonesia and Saudi Arabia to continue their humanitarian aid efforts and support for recovery in response to the Israeli aggression. In addition to discussing Gaza, both countries emphasized their commitment to deepening cooperation to ensure international stability and security. They pledged to collaborate in promoting regional peace and strengthening global resilience.

The meeting, held at Al-Salam Palace in a cordial atmosphere, showcased the strong strategic relationship between Indonesia and Saudi Arabia.
