The Indonesian National Armed Forces (TNI) marked a historic moment on Monday morning in Paris by leading France’s renowned Bastille Day military parade along the iconic Champs-Élysées. In a first for the diplomatic relations between Indonesia and France, TNI troops were given the prestigious honor of being the lead contingent in the annual military procession, celebrating the 75th anniversary of ties between the two nations. The TNI soldiers, totaling 260 in number, were accompanied by 189 members of the combined military marching band, delivering a stunning performance that was precise, spirited, and vibrant.
